TidyFlow
Terms of Use
Last updated: July 26, 2026
Please Read Before Using
These terms explain how you may use TidyFlow, your responsibilities when cleaning data, and the rules for membership trials, auto-renewal, and lifetime membership.
1Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using TidyFlow, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Minors should use the app only after a parent or guardian has read and accepted these terms.
2Service Description
TidyFlow provides on-device tools including photo cleanup, media optimization, contact cleanup, file organization, photo-to-PDF conversion, screenshot recognition, Privacy Check, and Private Album. Features may vary by device, system version, region, permissions, and membership status.
The app provides analysis and recommendations but does not guarantee that results are complete or accurate, and it does not replace your own review.
3License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these terms, the developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for personal use of the app only on Apple devices that you own or control.
Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, rent, sell, distribute, reverse engineer, bypass security measures, or use the app or its content to develop an infringing or competing product.
4Your Content and Permissions
You retain all rights in your photos, videos, contacts, files, and other content. The app does not acquire ownership by processing that content.
You authorize the app to access and process selected content only as necessary to provide features you actively use. You are responsible for having the right to process that content and for complying with applicable law and the rights of others.
5Cleanup and Data Safety Responsibilities
You must review and confirm selected items before deleting photos, videos, contacts, or files. Keep appropriate backups before large cleanup operations. Apple or the relevant storage provider controls Recently Deleted and other recovery mechanisms, and the developer does not guarantee that an item can be recovered.
Importing to Private Album or analyzing a screenshot creates a local encrypted copy and does not automatically delete the original. Uninstalling the app, clearing Private Album or history, or device damage or loss may make local content permanently unrecoverable.
6Membership, Trials, and Payment
TidyFlow offers an auto-renewing weekly membership and a one-time lifetime membership. Actual price, currency, taxes, and offers vary by country or region and are shown on the purchase confirmation screen.
New users who meet Apple's eligibility requirements may receive a 3-day free trial of the weekly membership. At the end of the trial, it converts to a paid subscription and renews weekly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple generally charges your account for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Lifetime membership is a one-time, non-consumable purchase and does not auto-renew. Its membership benefits remain available while the app continues to be offered and Apple can verify the purchase.
Apple handles payments, renewals, cancellations, purchase restoration, and refunds. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Apple determines free-trial eligibility, and closing or deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
7Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, or destructive activity; access another person's device or content without authorization; or interfere with the app, StoreKit, system permissions, or security features.
8Third-Party Services
The App Store, StoreKit, iCloud, Maps, Phone, Calendar, web, and shipment-tracking features are provided by Apple or other third parties. When you choose to use them, their terms and privacy policies also apply. The developer does not control third-party service availability, content, or data practices.
9Updates and Service Changes
To improve security, compatibility, or quality, the developer may update, add, limit, or discontinue features. Older systems or app versions may lose access to some services. We will seek to avoid unreasonably impairing core purchased benefits, but do not guarantee that the app or any feature will be available forever.
10Intellectual Property
Except for your content and third-party materials, the app's software, interface, text, graphics, trademarks, and original features are owned by the developer or their respective rights holders and protected by intellectual-property law.
11Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, error-free or uninterrupted operation, or accuracy of recognition results.
These terms do not exclude or limit rights that cannot be waived under mandatory local consumer-protection law.
12Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the app, including data loss, lost profits, or business interruption. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
13Suspension and Termination
If you materially violate these terms, misuse features, or threaten app security, the developer may suspend or terminate your license where permitted by law. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time; subscriptions must still be canceled separately in Apple ID settings.
14Relationship with Apple
These terms are between you and the app developer, not between you and Apple. The developer, not Apple, is responsible for the app, maintenance and support, and product claims relating to the app. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. After you accept them, Apple may enforce relevant provisions as a third-party beneficiary. The app license is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
15Changes to These Terms
The developer may update these terms when features, membership plans, legal requirements, or operations change, and will show a new update date. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
16Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the publisher's location, while preserving non-waivable consumer rights where you live. The parties should first try to resolve disputes amicably; mandatory legal rules continue to apply.
